The HVAC division offers services that vary in size and scope depending on the projects requirements. Aquatherm, Magicpak, gas furnaces, water source heat pumps and geothermal systems make up some of the systems that Hart has installed. Stand alone unit systems or metered centralized systems are utilized in the apartment units per client specifications. Common area or commercial applications vary in size from electric strip heaters to large roof top gas units.
Hart’s HVAC managers have a wealth of experience in projects of all size that allow them to comfortably advise owners on various heating and cooling design options. The systems can be complex or simple based on the needs of the project.
