The plumbing division projects range in size from 20 to 300 units. Project designs vary from aquatherm heating to gas furnaces for stand alone systems to large boiler loops for aggregated centralized systems. The systems installed vary in size and complexity depending on the clients individual needs. It operates in six states and has the capacity to manage numerous projects simultaneously. Projects vary from urban high rises to suburban slab on grade work. Hart has extensive experience on urban projects that have wood framed 3 story multi-family apartment units on top of multi level concrete parking structures. These often offer mixed use retail on the 1st floor.
Turn key services are provided including; undergrounds, water and sanitary rough-in, gas, installing water heaters and fixtures. Hart has extensive relationships with manufactures and can provide owners with detailed product technical advice. Depending on the project and its price constraints Hart is comfortable utilizing various materials including; cast iron, PVC, copper, CPVC, Pex, black pipe or flexible stainless steel piping.
