Licensed Sprinkler Fitters – Multi-Family New Construction

Hart Mechanical is seeking experienced and licensed Sprinkler Fitters (F-2 License) to join our growing team. This position involves the installation of fire protection systems for new multi-family construction projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and maintaining fire protection systems, including pumps, risers, standpipes, and both dry and wet systems
• Working with pipe materials such as CPVC, black steel, and galvanized pipe
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensuring all installations comply with state and local codes
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid F-2 Sprinkler Fitter License required

Experience with fire protection system installation in new construction

Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire codes

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

HVAC Installation Technician – Multi-Family New Construction

Hart Mechanical is seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team. This position focuses on the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for multi-family new construction projects.

Responsibilities include: 

• Installing warm air, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Assembling and connecting piping systems for heating and cooling media
• Installing and maintaining associated pumping equipment and ductwork systems
• Ensuring all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

Experience in HVAC installation for new construction preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Plumbing Installation Technician – Multi-Family New Construction

Hart Mechanical is seeking experienced and dependable Plumbing Installation Technicians to join our team. This position involves the installation of plumbing systems for multi-family new construction projects, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. 

Responsibilities include:

• Installing underground plumbing systems
• Performing water and sanitary rough-ins
• Installing gas piping systems
• Installing water heaters, fixtures, and related equipment
• Ensuring all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards

Qualifications:

Team-oriented with strong work ethic

Experience in plumbing installation for new construction preferred

Strong understanding of plumbing systems and safety practices

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
